Skills We Always Look For

We are interested in individuals who possess the following skill sets, all of which require a commitment to our core values and the seamless operation of our integrated systems:

1. Dive Operations Specialist

The logistical expert and customer advocate. This vital role requires strong administrative skills, customer service focus, and experience in managing complex schedules and digital platforms.

  • Managing instructor, boat, and equipment scheduling using real-time online systems.

  • Handling integrated POS, online payment transactions, and customer communication.

  • Utilizing CRM to track customer profiles, certifications, and preferences.

  • Managing the onboarding process, including securing digital waivers and medical forms.

  • Streamlining student progress tracking by integrating with PADI.

2. SCUBA Equipment Technician (Workshop Management)

The hands-on guardian of our gear and safety. This role requires detailed, hands-on technical expertise in the maintenance, servicing, and repair of core SCUBA equipment, especially regulators and BCDs. Current service certifications and proven experience with major manufacturer lines (e.g., Aqualung, Scubapro, Mares, TUSA) is essential.

  • Performing scheduled maintenance and complex repairs on regulators, BCDs, cylinders, and other critical dive gear.

  • Managing a digital repair workflow (tracking status, adding technician notes, communicating quotes to customers).

  • Tracking inventory and rental gear usage, scheduling mandatory maintenance.

  • Maintaining accurate records for all safety checks and services.

3. Digital Storytelling and Marketing Specialist

The strategic voice and visual energy of TIDE TRIBE. This role requires proven experience in digital marketing, content creation (photo/video), and social media strategy.

  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive enrollment and bookings.

  • Creating high-quality video and photo content.

  • Managing the social media calendar, focusing on conversions and community growth.

  • Highlighting the use of technology to emphasize professionalism and safety.

4. Dive Professionals (Instructor / Divemaster)

The frontline of safety and experience. These roles require a high level of certification, deep passion for teaching, and a commitment to meticulous safety standards and digital efficiency.

  • Delivering exceptional in-water instruction, guiding, and safety supervision.

  • Using a Staff Dashboard to quickly access digital trip manifests, certification details, and specific student needs before dives.

  • Providing real-time updates on student progress directly into the integrated student tracking system.

  • Ensuring all paperwork (digital waivers, logbooks) is completed according to our paperless policy.
