Gear Servicing with SCUBA TEC: How It Works

Simple & Transparent Pricing: You can either drop off your gear at SCUBA TEC or send it in via the simple SCUBATEC website process, you'll be charged for the labor upfront at the agreed price for the service relating to your specific regulator. Parts will be billed upon pickup. If your regulator includes free parts from the manufacturer, please bring them with you as well as any related documentation.

Fast Turnaround: We strive for quick service. If parts are in stock (and SCUBA TEC maintains a comprehensive inventory), your regulator will typically be serviced within one week. We'll keep you informed with a call within 3 business days. For repairs requiring special-order parts, our SCUBA TEC technician will provide an estimated timeframe.

• Regulator Servicing: Full teardown, cleaning, replacement of manufacturer-specified parts, tuning, and hydrostatic testing (where applicable).

• BCD Maintenance: Inspection of bladder, valve cleaning, power inflator servicing, and leak checks.

• Visual Tank Inspections (VIPs): Annual visual checks and certifications to ensure cylinder integrity.

Need same-Day Service?

SCUBA TEC offers scheduled same-day service for your convenience if you are located locally.

• To book a same-day appointment, please contact the Service Manager at explorer@tidetribe.pro.

• When booking, please provide your regulator model or gear type.

• Drop off your equipment before 10 AM on your appointment day, and SCUBA TEC will have it ready by 4 PM (as long as the service kit is in stock).

• Normal service rates apply.
